This is the ultimate "Old World" wine cellar. The Owner wanted it to look like it was in the basement of an ancient French castle and we spent two years considering options and interviewing materials. We settled on using used brick with weeping mortar with a floor of Pennsylvania Quartzite with a distinctive pattern, all installed by Master Mason Gene Marsh.
