This Wyoming screen porch was an experiment in construction with alternate materials to reduce or eliminate future maintenance. Constructed by Ryan Remodeling, all of the porch framing is finished with pre-finished aluminum coil stock cut and bent to fit around the posts and to create the stops to attach the aluminum framed screen panels. The flooring and decking materials are a composite of recycled plastic and wood by-products and the lattice panels are white vinyl, neither of which deteriorate or require finishing.
