This building had originally been two buildings reluctantly joined together and used for manufacturing. (See the "Before and After" section to see how where we started.) Adaptive Renovation transformed the interior full of pipes, wires and machines into this distinctive home for a team of local lawyers. This project was awarded the Adaptive Reuse Award for Law Office Design in a competition sponsored by the American Bar Association Journal.We also were recognized as an Indiana Main Street success story
