The Firstar Boys & Girls Club replaced an ancient building originally built as a temple that had been remodeled to serve the club. This club in the Avondale neighborhood of Cincinnati plays an important role in the development of the local youth. In order to keep it open during the summer, the old building was demolished in August and the new building was ready for occupancy the following June.
