The crest smile center addition to the USbank Boys and Girls Club in Avondale was the result of a unique partnership forged between proctor and Gamble (who donated the construction and subsidizes the operating expenses), The City of Cincinnati health department (who operates the clinic as one of their community health initiatives) and the Boys & Girls Clubs who provided the site, coordinated the construction and provides the connection to the Cincinnati youth in need of the clinic's services.
